Tork Motors manufactures electric two-wheelers and is best known for its flagship model, the Kratos R. Founded in 2010 and based in Pune, the company opened its first locations in Mumbai and Hyderabad and has a monthly production capacity of 4,000–5,000 units. It aimed to reach 70–100 cities by the end of 2023 and partnered with Bolt.Earth to provide customers access to 30,000 charging stations. TheKredible estimates the company’s post-allocation valuation at about Rs 370 crore (~$45M). Tork has raised over $16M in total across prior rounds. Operating revenue rose from Rs 4.5 crore in FY22 to Rs 35.5 crore in FY23, while losses widened from Rs 8.34 crore to Rs 47.9 crore over the same period.
