- AdvanCell
Led · Grant · Apr 2025
AdvanCell develops targeted alpha radiopharmaceutical therapies built around a proprietary Lead-212 platform that combines secure isotope supply, automated manufacturing and scalable production. Its lead program, ADVC001, is a Lead-212 PSMA-targeted alpha therapy for metastatic prostate cancer that has shown encouraging Phase 1b anti-tumor activity and favorable tolerability and is currently in Phase 2 clinical development. The company emphasizes vertical integration — spanning isotope supply, advanced manufacturing and clinical development — to address supply and manufacturing constraints for targeted alpha therapies. With integrated operations across North America and Australia, AdvanCell plans to expand U.S. manufacturing infrastructure to support Phase 3 development and future commercial demand. The recent US $315 million Series D financing is intended to advance ADVC001 toward registrational development and accelerate the company’s growing pipeline of targeted alpha therapies.

Baymatob plans to establish manufacturing operations and its headquarters in Australia. Financially, the company has raised $13 million in private capital plus more than $9.5 million in non-dilutive grants and completed a $6.5 million Series A3 in 2025.
- Synchron
Led · Grant · Jul 2020
Synchron is a New York City–based neurotechnology company building the Stentrode platform, an endovascular brain-computer interface (BCI) that is delivered via catheter rather than open-brain surgery. Once implanted, the device interfaces with the motor cortex through the blood vessels and wirelessly transmits neural signals that can be translated into hands-free digital commands. Ten patients with paralysis have received the Stentrode across U.S. and Australian clinical trials, demonstrating early clinical adoption. Led by founder and CEO Tom Oxley, the company plans to use newly raised capital to scale operations and advance product development. Synchron’s ultimate goal is to commercialize a clinically viable, minimally invasive BCI for widespread medical use. Including the latest round, the company has secured $345 million in total funding to date, underlining strong investor confidence in its technology and market potential.
