  Yofumo’s core product is a patent-pending, multi-level post-harvest platform that uses gaseous ozone to kill bacteria, mold and yeast while preserving cannabinoid and terpene profiles. The system automates curing, terpene management and environmental controls (humidity and temperature) and supports regular access, long-term storage and transportation of biomass. Yofumo sells flagship Yofumo Pro and Yofumo Pro+ models and began commercial sales in California, Colorado and Washington state in January 2017; more than 30 units are already installed. The company reports side-by-side tests showing 98–99 percent consistency versus world-class growers, and two leading growers—CANNDESCENT and Dark Horse Genetics—have selected the technology and installed units. CANNDESCENT currently processes up to 72 pounds per week across three strains and plans line configurations to cut post-harvest processing time in half, while Dark Horse has installed multiple units with plans for additional deployments. Yofumo’s CEO frames the longer-term opportunity as biomass-focused, with applications ranging from small home units to large industrial systems.
