Neuronoff is pioneering the Injectrode, a 1 mm-diameter injectable lead that can be placed through an 18-gauge needle to deliver neurostimulation therapy for chronic pain and, eventually, additional autonomic, bladder, cardiac, and inflammatory indications. By eliminating the 1- to 2-inch incisions required by traditional neurostimulation systems, the platform aims to cut payer costs by 50 % or more and improve patient and physician adoption. The company has demonstrated safety and consistent performance in its first-in-human chronic lower back pain study with no serious adverse events. Current plans include scaling production capacity to 1,000 units per year and executing a limited U.S. launch through interventional pain physicians and related specialists in 2026, pending FDA clearance. Neuronoff has also formed a wholly owned subsidiary to commercialize the technology for another, as yet undisclosed, high-prevalence indication affecting roughly 16 million U.S. adults. Management expects to release further clinical and commercial details at the North American Neuromodulation Society meeting in January 2026. The recent oversubscribed financing strengthens its balance sheet as it enters this pivotal commercialization phase.
