Hala Mobility provides electric-vehicle-as-a-service offerings, supplying and operating two-wheeler EV fleets for logistics and last-mile use cases under a FOCO structure. Its proprietary HELIX framework spans manufacturing, operations, analytics, and end-of-life recycling to control the full EV value chain. To date, the platform has supported more than 25,000 drivers and currently operates about 3,000 vehicles across six Indian cities. Management projects revenue to rise from ₹22 crore in FY 2024-25 to ₹92 crore in FY 2025-26, alongside plans to expand the fleet to 9,000 vehicles, enter nine cities, and grow headcount from 106 to 292. The company positions its service as reducing fuel consumption and emissions for logistics partners while creating dignified employment opportunities. Funding will be channeled toward scaling fleet size, geographic footprint, and data-driven operational capabilities. Its long-term vision is to surpass 100,000 deployed vehicles.
