Alt Tab Productions is a Paris-based esports company and owner of OGaming.TV, led by President Alexandre Noci. Since 2010 it has operated as an online French TV network dedicated to broadcasting and creating esports programs and events. The company partners with publishers and tournament organizers including Blizzard, Riot Games, OGN and Dreamhack, as well as online talents and platforms such as YouTube and Twitch. Alt Tab reported a monthly average audience of 2.2 million unique and engaged viewers in 2017 and offers marketing activations through native advertising and sponsorships for brands targeting younger audiences. The company raised €2.5M in a financing led by Millennial Esports Corp. at a €4M pre-money valuation, structured in two closings. The first closing of €1.125M has completed and a second €1.375M tranche is due within 90 days; upon completion Millennial Esports will own 38.46% of Alt Tab shares on a non-diluted basis.
