MNF Ventures is a venture capital fund based in Morocco, investing in Seed, Pre-Series A and Series A startups. Tickets size can go up to USD 1M. We invest in tech startups operating in Fintech/Insurtech, EdTech, Regtech, HealthTech, Biotech, EnergyTech Cybersecurity, SaaS... Startups have either to be based in Morocco, or be based worldwide if at least one of the founders is a Moroccan citizen. MNF Ventures manages Maroc Numeric Fund and Maroc Numeric Fund II.

  • Damanesign

    Damanesign is a Morocco-based digital trust startup founded in 2021 by Zouhair Hamdaoui. The company provides electronic signatures, digital seals, timestamps and advanced management of signature transactions, guaranteeing probative value. It enables users to sign and have documents signed securely and supports end-to-end dematerialised processes. Damanesign raised MAD4 million (US$450,000) in a funding round led by MITC Capital’s Maroc Numeric Fund II. The investment will be used to further develop its digital products and expand its operations. The fundraising comes as Law 43-20 on digital trust and COVID-19–driven demand increase interest in electronic signature services.

  • Atlan Space

    Founded in 2016, ATLAN Space develops patented artificial-intelligence technology that enables UAVs to carry out autonomous tracking missions to identify environmental and marine areas at risk. The company’s platform is used by institutions and governments to combat environmental crime such as illegal fishing and deforestation and to assist vulnerable populations. ATLAN reports several clients internationally and in Morocco and has received recognition including the African Entrepreneurship Award (2017) and a top-10 European AI startup accolade in 2018. Prior support and funding came from the Caisse Centrale de Garantie’s Innov Start program, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and a 2019 seed investment from Norway’s Katapult Ocean Fund. The startup emphasizes ethical uses of AI to sustain the environment and human life. It has received a $1.1-million Series A to help tackle environmental crimes and aid vulnerable populations.
