Fifteen is a Parisian self-service bike company born from the 2021 union of French mobility firms Smoove and Zoov. It offers shared bike services via station-based and free-floating deployments. The company says it will use new capital to deploy Augmented Bike Networks across all regions of Europe. Fifteen also plans to relocate as much of its production as possible to Europe to maximise its positive environmental impact. Management positions the business within the €450 billion micro-mobility market and is bullish on bike mobility’s benefits for health, environment and social inclusion. CEO Benoit Yameundjeu frames the expansion as a way to erase boundaries between city centres and suburbs and increase flexibility of bike use to build more sustainable cities.
