The company is the largest carrier in Spain with 22 million customers and 41.58% of market share. Movistar’s principal competitor in Latin America is America Movil. It offers GSM 900/1800 MHz (Spain) 850/1900 (America) (2G), UMTS 2100 & 1900 MHz (3G), and HSDPA (3.5G) services. Founded in 1995, Movistar is owned by Telefónica S.A., a telecommunications groups in the world.

EverybodyCar operates a free platform that lets car buyers form groups to obtain better offers from dealers. The company was founded in 2011 by Juan Carlos Castaño and David Pareja and is based in Barcelona, Spain. As of the report it had more than 5,000 users, 500 buying groups and over 200 dealers on the platform. EverybodyCar closed a €150k first funding round backed by private investors, including Wayra and Movistar. The company said it will use the funds to increase development and marketing efforts. It plans to expand across Europe (United Kingdom, France, Germany) and into the USA.
