  Novoflow is an artificial-intelligence healthcare startup founded by 19-year-old Mathieu Rihet and 18-year-old Georges Casassovic after both dropped out of school to focus on the venture. The company is building a virtual employee—an AI agent that automates core clinic operations such as appointment recovery, intelligent scheduling, voice-based call handling, documentation, and billing while linking disparate electronic medical record platforms. Operated from a combined live-and-work base in San Francisco, the lean team currently includes junior engineers and an account executive, with plans to hire two more engineers and an additional sales representative. Novoflow has been accepted into Y Combinator’s 2025 batch, providing external validation and ecosystem access. The founders’ personal experiences with clinical inefficiencies and neurological health challenges inform the product roadmap, which ultimately aims to cover the full spectrum of clinic management from scheduling to prescription fulfillment. Proceeds from the recent financing are earmarked for product development and go-to-market expansion.
