Thrillophilia.com is an online travel curator headquartered in Bangalore that lists activity-based tours and off‑beat travel experiences. The portal hosts more than 400 activity-based tours and over 1,000 off-beat experiences, with presence in 72 cities and alliances with 450 regional service providers. The company says it currently caters to more than 2,200 customers a month and has grown 200% year over year. Thrillophilia is focusing on short-duration experiences and aims to expand inventory to 6,000 experiences by December and to serve one lakh experience hours a month by the last quarter of 2014. Its stated USP is a strong outdoor team that conducts ground-level research to curate and verify local vendors. The company is rolling out its platform in phases to address real-time inventory management issues and make the system infallible by 2014.
