Bob Concierge has developed an intelligent system of automated devices—automatic mini-shops with delivery and dry-cleaning compartments—accessible via the Uncle Bob mobile platform. Its devices use "Grab and Go" technology with QR authentication and multiple sensors to identify products and process payments. The platform also supports courier delivery and dry-cleaning pick-ups. All hardware and software components are developed and produced in Romania by local teams. The company currently operates 64 devices in Romania and has another 100 in the process of being installed. Management plans to build a network of 5,000 devices in Romania and 50,000 devices across Europe and will use the new funding to continue innovating and scaling the business locally and internationally.
