  Sprout began as a cap-table software provider and expanded to manage digital tokens after customer demand during last summer’s crypto rally. The company built Folium, a product that collects employees’ blockchain addresses, reads ledger changes and labels wallets by owner type and transaction purpose to create a token cap table. Sprout’s platform therefore unifies equity and token ownership tracking across multiple blockchains. The startup says it is targeting companies in Hong Kong and Singapore and counts Hong Kong-based YAS Digital and Animoca Brands among early users. Sprout has a team of about 30 employees and recently closed a $3 million seed round. With the new proceeds it plans to hire more product and engineering staff and expand into Singapore.
