Horus operates a consumption-data platform that aggregates prices, products, brands, categories, volume and presence at the point of sale to generate strategic shopper insights. The company processes fiscal receipts item by item across Brazil and claims a dataset of one billion prices, 130,000 items in 300 categories and more than 20 million receipts collected per month. Horus says its data are anonymized and handled in accordance with LGPD and GDPR. In 2020 the company reported revenue of R$7.4 million and a compound annual growth rate above 140% over the prior three years. Leadership of Horus remains in their executive roles following the transaction. The stated plan is to develop new tools and cross-analyses that integrate with Neogrid’s ecosystem and with the recently acquired Smarket to expand analytics and commercial offerings.
