OvationCXM, formerly Boomtown, provides a SaaS customer experience management platform called CXMEngine that combines pre-built CRM connectors, customer journey orchestration and automation, ecosystem aggregation, knowledge delivery, and integrated communication tools. The company says CXMEngine has seen 600% year-over-year booking growth and serves over 200 customers that support millions of businesses. Customers span Tier‑1 banks and enterprises across retail, SaaS, financial services and payment processing, and healthcare. OvationCXM recently rebranded to better reflect its position as a category leader in CXM. The company plans to use new funding to expand its team of CXM experts and product designers and to broaden CXMEngine’s capabilities and advanced technology features. To date the company has raised more than $40 million.
