  LeanCon has built what it calls the world’s first AI-enabled pre-construction engineering team, replacing the months-long bid-planning phase with a data-driven workflow that delivers cost, schedule, logistics and method projections in roughly seven minutes. By automating this historically manual process, the startup claims it can slash typical planning costs of about $2 million to virtually zero while increasing win rates and allowing firms to pursue more projects. The technology is already in use on $650 million worth of development projects in New York, providing early commercial validation. Founded by engineers Ziv Levi and Sapir Tubul, the company’s vision is to rebuild construction planning around AI so project teams can save time, cut costs and secure more bids. With fresh capital, LeanCon plans to accelerate product development and expand market adoption. No revenue figures were disclosed, but the large project pipeline underscores initial traction.
