Xiangke Intelligence builds embodied-intelligence robotic systems tailored to restaurant and hotel scenarios, prioritizing standardized, scenario-driven products over general-purpose humanoid platforms. Its core product family includes the LAVA lightweight robotic arm (0.9 m reach, 5 kg payload) optimized for high-temperature frying; the company has delivered hundreds of units to the Korean market. Technically it reports over 60 core patents for its self-developed robot arm, a 1-billion-parameter embodied VLA model capable of planning and processing more than 100,000 tasks per day, and an R&D platform in collaboration with Tsinghua University. Commercial metrics cited include coverage of 7,000 hotels and 2,000 restaurants domestically, current overseas revenue of about 30% with a plan to exceed 50% in 2–3 years, and plans for pilot projects with two leading Western fast-food brands in the second half of the year. Future plans call for expanding from single-arm to multi-arm and multi-station systems, deeper overseas deployment (Korea, North America, Southeast Asia), and medium- to long-term R&D with academic partners to extend capabilities into other service scenarios and, eventually, consumer markets.
