Nextinit provides a collaborative platform for companies to engage employees, customers and partners in proposing, supporting and developing new ideas. Engaged users can propose ideas, support each other, comment and play investment-style games via web and mobile. The platform includes competition features such as scoreboards, badges and targeted campaigns, and can link to rewards and visibility. It supports enterprise ecosystems and integrations including Google Apps, Salesforce Chatter and Microsoft Yammer. Nextinit was created as a spin-off from Intelygenz and is led by CEO Jose Perez Lopez. In February 2014 the company raised €200k in funding from strategic and private investors.
