Baymatob develops Oli, a wireless, wearable device that monitors maternal and fetal signals and aims to analyse up to fifteen pregnancy and birth conditions and complications. Targeted conditions include postpartum haemorrhage, fetal distress, stillbirth risk and labour progression. The company is conducting pivotal clinical trials across seven sites in Australia and the United States and is advancing regulatory submissions with the TGA and FDA. Baymatob plans to establish manufacturing operations and its headquarters in Australia. Financially, the company has raised $13 million in private capital plus more than $9.5 million in non-dilutive grants and completed a $6.5 million Series A3 in 2025.
