CareLineLive offers a cloud-based platform for homecare agencies, integrating staff scheduling, client visits, patient records and invoicing. The platform also integrates with GP Connect, enabling access to GP records. The company supports care providers across seven countries. CareLineLive was founded by Josh Hough and is based in Slinfold, West Sussex, UK. It recently received a majority investment intended to accelerate growth, expansion and product development. The amount of the deal was not disclosed in the announcement. CareLineLive provides an all-in-one home care management software system for domiciliary care agencies and is led by co-founder and MD Josh Hough. Its platform includes eMAR medication software, home care rostering, care invoicing and payroll, and compliance modules as standard. The company has worked with NHS Trusts — such as Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust — since June 2020 on a service that bridges the gap between patients being medically ready to leave hospital and their social care provider, reducing hospital delays and readmissions. Operations are currently in the UK, Jersey, Ireland and Australia. CareLineLive raised £3M in a funding round led by Oakglen to support continued home care software expansion and international growth. The company plans to use the funds to expand into Ireland and Australia, increase its team size by 50% within three months, accelerate product development, and boost engagement with the NHS, local authorities and other enterprise customers. CareLineLive offers a cloud-based homecare management platform that digitizes workflows to increase efficiency, capacity, compliance and communication between managers and carers. The platform is used daily by thousands of carers across agencies, including Home Care Nurses Australia, Clannad Care in Ireland, and Coastal Homecare in the UK. The company was set up in 2014 by managing director Josh Hough and is based in London. In April 2021 CareLineLive raised £1.2m in funding. The company intends to use the proceeds for headcount growth, national and international expansion, and continued platform innovation.
