UnderTheDoormat Group is a London-based short-term rental (STR) solutions provider that operates the Hospiria property management system and the B2B accommodation platform TrustedStays. The company offers STR management and B2B accommodation services and works with tourism partners to create regulated, scalable rental ecosystems. It plans to use the new funding to accelerate international expansion, including opening short-term rentals in Oman and across the Gulf, and to grow in North America. The investment will also support development of its technology platforms and the onboarding of new hosts and real estate companies. UnderTheDoormat has an existing 2022 partnership with Visit Oman under which Hospiria was chosen as the STR technology partner, aligning the work with Oman’s Vision 2040.
