Ale Fresh Market operates an omnichannel e-grocery service focused on fresh, local fruit and vegetables, selling via a proprietary app and a fully operational dark store. The company launched as a spin-off from a family business with over 100 years of history and has expanded into B2B Ho.Re.Ca. and retail through selective store acquisitions. Traction includes more than 8,300 app users, over 30,000 orders fulfilled, and geographic coverage of much of the Veneto region. Revenues grew from €1.2M in 2021 to €2.4M in 2022 and to about €2.7–2.8M in 2023, with a positive EBITDA (7% in 2022 and roughly the same margin in 2023). Strategic plans include territorial expansion (including Lombardy), opening physical stores, ramping B2B, and selected acquisitions to scale nationally.
