Oxxx runs mogumo, a frozen toddler-meal service developed to cover required childhood nutrients, create enjoyable eating experiences for children, and offer free expert consultation. The company was founded in March 2021 by Yusaku Kurose and is based in Fukuoka. By its second year the service had grown to 15,000 members and recorded cumulative sales of 300,000 meals. Oxxx recently completed a Pre-Series A financing and reports cumulative funding of ¥180 million. The company plans to use the new capital to build a data platform and analytics to personalize meal proposals and improve products. It will also invest in marketing, PR, wholesale channels, and hire across product development and sales/marketing to expand its customer base.

Moff produces a wristband that recognizes 3D movements and is intended to be used as a game controller and exercise aid. The device uses sensors and machine-learning algorithms to detect gestures, posture changes, and analyze movements for activities like dance and yoga. Originally developed for children ages three to 10, Moff has widened its target demographic to include adults and whole-family use. The product shipped after a successful Kickstarter and is already available on Amazon in the U.S., where it has received mixed reviews. Moff recently launched a U.S. division, hired Albert Chu as CEO, and plans to expand distribution and partner with content providers and developers. The company intends to open its SDK to all developers and will release an Android version by Christmas as it pursues U.S. growth.
