The platform lets users post tasks to the entire organization to connect and collaborate on work outside employees’ silos. Staff can browse a taskboard to find tasks or receive notifications of tasks matched to them via a matching engine. Founded in 2013 by Patrick Owens and David Chung, the company graduated from the AngelCube program. etaskr closed $1.3M in seed funding and plans to use the proceeds to hire new people and develop the product.

Its software-based solution is SDN-ready via a REST API and runs on standard compute devices. The product is designed to integrate into both legacy and next-generation networks. Led by founder and CEO Bill Beckett, the company is focused on accelerating product development and commercial launches. Saisei plans to use the recent funding to support launches in North America and the Asia Pacific region. The company closed a $5.6M Series A to finance these efforts.
