Laboratik builds We., a team-communication analytics product that uses natural language processing to analyze chat exchanges and visualize engagement metrics such as conversation volume and involvement. The service parses business chat to surface communication状況, relationship maps, and improvement hints for managers. We. is currently offered in beta and has been adopted by about 40 companies, serving thousands of users, including some paying customers. Laboratik packages the product in three user-based plans and pairs the software with organizational consulting. The company intends to strengthen its development and sales organization, including overseas expansion, and to collaborate operationally with some investors. Leadership and advisory hires — including Sou Hotta (堀田創) as Director of Technology and Ben Waber as a development/business advisor — support its product and go-to-market push.
