The service offers 24/7 access to therapists in regional languages—currently Malayalam and Tamil—allowing users worldwide to book sessions via oppam.com. Oppam has delivered more than 25,000 sessions to users in over 40 countries, engages over 45 therapists to provide round-the-clock support, and charges about ₹1,000 per session. The startup reported more than ₹3 crore in revenue within its first two years. Following festival and pitch program wins, the team plans to add more local languages and expand nationally to broaden access to mental-health support.
