moQom is a Dublin-based provider of a cloud-based suite of customer identity and fraud-prevention products and services. Co-founded by CEO Colin Larkin, the company serves clients in the financial sector, online merchants, payment schemes and retailers. Its ConfIDent™ product suite enables instant customer identity across channels — face to face, app, web, SMS, phone call and video — and supports 1-, 2- or 3-factor authentication depending on risk. The technology can be integrated alongside banks' existing processes and risk-management systems with minimal to zero effort. moQom completed a $3M funding and plans to use the proceeds to expand operations, conduct R&D, industrialize current IP and grow across Ireland and the UK.
