  vLex is a cloud-based legal information subscription platform offering case law, legislation, journals and dockets from more than 100 countries via an AI-powered search engine. The service reaches over two million users and serves law firms, universities and law schools, government agencies, and corporate enterprises across multiple regions. vLex uses a scalable, smart data ingestion process and editorial enrichment to speed research and analysis. The company says it is profitable and has consistently generated double-digit revenue growth in recent years. vLex employs a team of over 200 lawyers, engineers, commercial executives and editorial experts and was founded more than 20 years ago. Management plans to accelerate internationalisation, product optimisation and a buy-and-build strategy to build a cost-effective leader in the fragmented legal research market. vLex provides access to legal content from 96 countries in 10 languages through agreements with global publishers such as the World Bank Publications Office, the European Union and the Commonwealth Secretariat, plus more than 60 independent publishers. The company offers a global legal information platform and maintains offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Bogotá and México DF. It has more than 150 employees from over 30 nationalities and is led by CEO Lluis Faus. vLex raised €4M in funding and intends to use the proceeds to expand its business in Latin America. The company emphasizes broad international content coverage and publisher partnerships as core assets.
