It automates crypto tax calculations by linking directly to exchanges via APIs and extracting relevant data to instantly create a full tax liability report. The reports are designed to be compliant with complex tax laws such as the UK’s share pooling rules. The service targets beginners, professional traders and accountants, and addresses challenges like frequent staking payments that create hundreds of data points per asset. The company raised €500K in a Pre-Seed round led by ff Venture Capital with participation by Pointer.Capital and Marcin Wenus. Cryptiony intends to use the funds to launch into the UK.
