Founded in 2022 by Pietro Maria Picogna and Giacomo Gentili, Pack provides an AI-powered platform for skills mapping, digital evaluations, and tailored development pathways that can include coaching, mentoring, and targeted training. Its solution offers continuous tracking of development plans and has been adopted by large corporate clients including Engie, Veolia, Leroy Merlin, Lafarge and Papernest. Pack reports a team of 45 employees and a 94% customer satisfaction rate. The company announced a €5.8 million Series A in 2025 to fund international expansion and further build out its technology, and has opened a new headquarters in Paris while actively recruiting.
