Markerr is an NYC-based analytics platform that leverages real-time data and machine learning to deliver property- and market-level analytics for institutional owners and operators. The platform ingests massive datasets at scale, then cleanses, transforms, and connects them using MarkerrID, a unique identifier that links disparate asset-level data. Markerr says its tools enable clients to make confident and efficient decisions and it launched several products in 2022, including RealRent, RealRank, Population Nowcast, new demand and supply indicators (Crime and New Construction), and expanded property Listings data. Financially, the company reported ARR growth of 95% year over year and net retention surpassing 140%. The company intends to use the new funds to expand operations and broaden its business reach. Markerr provides data feeds, dashboards, reports and forecasts that deliver granular, timely insights about supply and demand dynamics for any location. Its Property Data product includes information on over 150 million U.S. single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, with transactions, taxes, square footage and supply connected at the asset level via MarkerrID. MarkerrID is a proprietary property-level identification system that enables clients and partners to incorporate asset-level data into Markerr’s models and dashboards. Clients—including investors, owners and operators across multifamily, single-family rental, industrial, retail and office—rely on Markerr’s forecasts and datafeeds to more accurately evaluate properties, forecast rent growth, and improve underwriting. The company is expanding its product suite and continuing investments in data science and technology innovation to support deeper property-level analysis and forecasting. Markerr offers a data and insights platform that links multiple proprietary and alternative data sources to surface analysis on people, jobs, income, spending and economic trends tied to any location. Its Property Evaluation dashboard lets users assess drivers such as population growth, per capita income, and hiring by company and salary, and compare metrics to block group, submarket and MSA benchmarks. The product is delivered via dashboards, complete datasets and research reports aimed at real estate investors and multifamily owners. Markerr positions its technology as a central data and insights platform to power commercial real estate decision‑making by combining data science and domain expertise. The company says its insights help clients more accurately forecast rental rates and accelerate investment decisions. Brian Lichtenberger is CEO and Founder.
