Matrixian Group builds AI-driven real-estate solutions that use data to value homes and generate digital twins of properties. The company also identifies sustainability opportunities and investment potential within real estate assets. It is launching its Homematrix Desktop Valuation solution in early September to expand its product offering. The recent funding is intended to stimulate technological growth and support international expansion. Matrixian has already expanded to Dubai to serve the Middle East and is targeting London as a new office location. Matrixian Group raised €2M in funding from Pride Capital Partners. The company will use the funds to support scalable growth and will partner with Pride Capital Partners to pursue strategic acquisitions. Founded in 2016 and led by CEO Luke Liplijn, Matrixian is a Dutch group focused on making organizations location intelligent. It analyzes and interprets large quantities of location data and builds predictive models, adding technology to create insights and tools that solve spatial issues. Use cases include mapping potential real estate investments, increasing customer reach at a local level, and visualizing 3D objects in physical space. Customers include governments and international companies such as HERE Technologies, Coolblue and Banco de España.
