Innovare offers Inno™, a web-based application that aggregates siloed K-12 data—student information systems, standardized assessments, attendance, reading and math ed‑tech programs, and spreadsheets—into a single personalized dashboard. The platform enables school leadership teams to develop data-driven strategies, build a continuous improvement culture, and measure real-time impact using synthesized data. Nonprofit users including executive directors and boards use Inno to visualize impact data, manage key initiatives, and measure program ROI. Founded in July 2017 by AJ DeLeón, the founding team also includes Chief Growth Officer Nicholas Freeman and Chief Product Officer Fernando DeLeón. Innovare plans to use new funding to scale its impact on education leadership, expand across the largest U.S. education markets, and launch an edtech marketplace to match educators with vetted solutions. The company has raised $5M to date following the additional seed financing. Innovare is a Chicago-based EdTech company founded in July 2017 that offers Inno™, a cloud-based strategy and analytics platform aggregating K-12 data into a personalized dashboard for school and nonprofit leaders. Its web application synthesizes student information systems, assessments, attendance, ed‑tech program data, and spreadsheets to help leadership teams develop strategies, measure impact, and manage initiatives. The platform is used by executive directors, boards, and education administrators to visualize multi-year data and reduce administrative burden. Innovare’s team includes experienced education and product leaders, with former Chicago Public Schools staff and ex-Google and Accenture product professionals. The company raised $3MM in an oversubscribed seed round to scale impact and expand its user base domestically and internationally. Planned uses of capital include enhancing proprietary IP with machine learning, building a mobile version of Inno™, and launching a marketplace for vetted education and nonprofit solutions.
