Fintor offers a mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets everyday investors buy fractional shares of properties by issuing shares of LLCs that own the underlying assets, under SEC Regulation A. The platform permits investments starting at $5 and currently lists single‑family residences in states including Georgia, South Carolina, Texas and Alabama. Fintor operates a secondary marketplace where users can place bid and ask trades after listings have been live for more than 90 days, and it provides educational content targeted at Gen Z and millennial investors. The company outsources property management to remain operationally lightweight and focus on acquisitions and fractionalization.
