The company will use the recent financing to continue rapid U.S. expansion, scale operations, and invest in R&D to expand platform capabilities and advance product innovation. d1g1t offers an enterprise-grade wealth management solution that combines analytics and risk-management tools to empower advisors and institutional wealth firms. The company plans to use the new proceeds to expand platform capabilities, accelerate product innovation, scale operations, and hire additional sales and marketing staff. Reported operating momentum includes doubling revenue and growing employee headcount by more than 50% in the last year. d1g1t now has more than 60 employees supporting wealth management companies, multi-family offices, RIAs and broker-dealers that serve high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors (those with at least $30M). Founded in 2016, the firm is focused on continued growth and solidifying its market presence in the U.S. wealth management sector. d1g1t provides an enterprise wealth management platform powered by institutional-grade analytics and risk management tools that helps firms improve the quality of their advice and demonstrate its value to clients. Its integrated platform manages the entire wealth management advisory life cycle through a seamless, intuitive workflow usable by the entire firm. The company received a CAD$3M strategic financing as an extension of its Series A, bringing total raised to over CAD$12M. d1g1t will use the funds to accelerate product innovation for its wealth advisory platform and to further commercial expansion into the United States market. Dan Rosen is CEO and co-founder, and Illuminate Financial Management’s Mark Rodrigues will join d1g1t’s board of directors. d1g1t is an enterprise wealth management platform that provides portfolio management, analytics and client servicing tools to professional advisors and their individual investors. The platform delivers enterprise-wide portfolio and client management capabilities, individualized goal-based planning, sound risk management and investment analytics to support investment decisions. It integrates the client management lifecycle from onboarding and financial and investment planning to portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, trading and compliance, enabling advisors to focus on client needs and scale their businesses. At the time of the round the platform was going live with four clients responsible for managing approximately CAD $13 billion of assets under management for over 5,000 households. The company intends to use the Series A proceeds to continue to expand its offerings. d1g1t was co-founded by Dan Rosen, Philippe Rouanet and Benoit Fleury, who previously co-founded R2 Financial Technologies (acquired by S&P Capital IQ) and were senior executives at Algorithmics (acquired by IBM).
