Navigara builds a performance analysis layer that connects to development tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and Linear, ingesting raw engineering signals and converting them into strategic metrics on productivity and return on investment. Using agentic analysis, the system evaluates code commits for intent and impact, helping CTOs separate genuine efficiency gains from AI-generated noise or process waste. The platform is architected for high-compliance enterprises: it is deployed in the customer’s private cloud, operates with read-only permissions, and retains no source code, ensuring data sovereignty. Current plans focus on scaling the product’s AI capabilities, broadening global go-to-market reach, and deepening support for measuring AI tooling effectiveness. While financial or user traction metrics were not disclosed, the company maintains engineering operations in both San Francisco and Prague. The fresh capital is expected to accelerate product enhancements and international expansion.
