  • Takeat

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2026

Takeat provides a cloud-based, all-in-one platform that unifies front- and back-of-house operations for restaurants while embedding educational content to teach owners about margins, cash flow, and recurring revenue. Instead of relying on manual processes, merchants use Takeat to track key indicators and make informed decisions that boost profitability. The company positions its solution as a way to give time back to owners by eliminating operational friction, thereby converting saved hours into better leadership and higher earnings. A newly announced partnership with Marcelo Marani, founder of Donos de Restaurantes, will bring Takeat’s software to Marani’s existing network and make him an ambassador for the brand. Going forward, the firm plans to scale distribution through this channel and continue enhancing its data and process-integration features. Proceeds from the recent financing will fund platform expansion and further initiatives aimed at professionalizing small and medium food-retail businesses. Although specific revenue or user figures were not disclosed, the Series A raise signals investor confidence in Takeat’s growth trajectory.

  • Futuriza

    Led · Seed · Jan 2026

Founded a little over a year and a half ago in Joinville, Futuriza tackles the high cost and slow turnaround of traditional fashion photo shoots by offering an AI platform with more than 100 automated, plug-and-play steps that create visual content for entire collections. The system enables brands to launch products faster while cutting production costs. In 2025 the company produced over 30,000 images and videos for clients such as Farm, Hering, Brandili and Lez a Lez. Management is led by CEO Felipe Silva and CTPO Diogo Máximo, alongside COO Sariane Serafim and Head of Product Milena Moser. The startup operates from bases in Joinville, Vitória (ES) and Florida, and it has begun a U.S. pilot with children’s brand Monica + Andy. With fresh capital, Futuriza plans to scale its presence in North America and further refine its AI pipelines. Prior to the current raise, Antler injected US$125,000 in a 2024 pre-seed round.

  • Exato Digital

    Led · Series A · Nov 2025

Exato Digital is a Brazilian software company focused on automating background checks for enterprises that need fast, reliable security and compliance screening. After a recent strategic refocus, the firm discontinued secondary product lines to concentrate on its automated hiring checks, which are now used by large customers such as Uber, JBS and Veolia. A new partnership with Uber, executed jointly with Jusbrasil, underlines the platform’s role in onboarding drivers. In the first half of 2025, Exato reported a 61% year-on-year increase in activity and achieved breakeven profitability. Management plans to channel fresh capital into strengthening its technology stack, enlarging service capacity and expanding into education, retail, industrial and security segments. Rather than adding numerous new features, the team intends to scale the already-validated core product efficiently.
