S-Ancial Technologies offers ExchangeConnect, a freemium capital markets platform that provides tools for ownership and peer analysis, corporate access, event management, ESG reporting, and pre-IPO support. The platform aggregates listed companies, buy-side institutional investors, and sell-side analysts into a single digital ecosystem to improve outreach and research. S-Ancial positions ExchangeConnect to help mid- and small-cap companies tell their investment stories and enable institutional investors and brokerages to conduct deeper research using structured data. The company said it will use the newly raised capital to expand its India and MENA footprint and to strengthen the ExchangeConnect technology platform. S-Ancial raised USD 1.4 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by JITO Angel Network, which provides immediate growth capital to support those plans.
