Avallain offers a SaaS platform that enables businesses to launch branded digital learning experiences in minutes. The company serves corporate and educational clients, with customers including Google, Nestle, National Geographic, Pearson, Springer, and both Oxford and Cambridge Universities. It was bootstrapped for nearly 20 years before taking outside investment and took its first seven‑figure investment from Round2 Capital in 2020. The recent raise is intended to support continued growth and to expand further into existing and new markets. Avallain positions itself as an end-to-end, holistic edtech provider amid new entrants that often focus on single challenges. The company is Saint Gallien‑based and sells branded digital-learning solutions to large, recognizable clients. Avallain builds interactive e-learning and EdTech solutions aimed at businesses and organizations, with customers that include Oxford University Press. The company says it has offered advanced edtech solutions since 2002 and is led by co‑founders Ursula Suter and Ignatz Heinz. Its international team spans five continents and includes staff from over 14 countries. Avallain plans to deploy new growth capital into its product development pipeline for corporate use cases and to accelerate international market expansion. The company recently accepted a seven-figure growth investment structured as revenue-based financing rather than equity. That financing preserves ownership and avoids immediate dilution while providing funds for its market rollout and product roadmap.
