Qobra builds a real-time, no-code sales compensation platform that centralizes sales and finance data to automate commission calculations and replace Excel spreadsheets. The product connects to CRMs, ERPs and data warehouses, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Zoho and Amazon Redshift, and provides a spreadsheet-like interface with variables and formulas. It supports common acceleration rules, offers near real-time visibility into salesperson performance, includes validation workflows before payouts, and provides dashboards for historical performance and peer comparisons. Qobra counts customers such as Doctolib, CoachHub, SeLoger and PayFit. With the new funding, the company plans to expand to the U.K. and the U.S. and double its headcount from 30 to 60 employees. In the past 12 months the platform processed over €100 million in commissions. Qobra has raised €5 million in new funding to accelerate development and international expansion. The company plans to hire over 30 employees to boost growth in France, Germany and the U.K.
