  Ballers is a hospitality-driven social sports venue created by Good City Studio and Vero Capital and founded by David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter. Its flagship Philadelphia location opens in July 2025 and features championship-style pickleball, premium padel and squash courts, a multipurpose turf field, Golfzon simulators, and dedicated recovery spaces. The concept pairs high-design athletic facilities with elevated dining curated by Chef Mitch Prensky and membership tiers priced from $99–$499 per month; non-members can also book courts and use social spaces. Ballers has a $30M launch pipeline to open sites in Boston's Seaport in August 2025 and Miami in early 2026, with plans to expand to 50+ locations over the next 7–10 years. The venues emphasize community programming, athlete events, and local tastemaker partnerships to drive social and corporate bookings across configurable event spaces.
