RGM Group builds bespoke advertising campaigns and exclusive ad units for brands and publishers, working directly with publishers to deploy units on sites and mobile apps. Its creative teams design custom campaigns aimed at increasing publisher CPMs and driving engagement for brands, with clients including Jaguar, American Express, and Sony. The company also maintains a network of publishers to add scale to its bespoke work. RGM operated profitably for eight years without raising outside capital and has 24 employees. With the new funding it plans to expand sales, creative, product, and technology headcount and to scale deployments. It is headquartered in Venice, Calif., and expects to double headcount over the next nine months while expanding offices in New York City, San Francisco, San Diego and opening a Chicago office.
