Rdp.ru develops network functions and solutions for telecom operators and corporate clients. Its product portfolio includes CG-NAT, a URL-filtering service, BRAS gateway, DPI, and EcoRouter, Russia’s first universal high-performance IP/MPLS router. The company’s EcoNAT (CG-NAT) product is actively used by Rostelecom in its networks. Financially, Rdp.ru received an approximately €2m investment from Rostelecom’s corporate venture fund CommIT Capital, which acquired 15% of authorized capital. As a result of the deal, Rostelecom will have the right to be involved in shaping Rdp.ru’s technology policy and strategy to create advanced products. The arrangement ties a major national operator to Rdp.ru’s product roadmap and development efforts.
