  Soley Therapeutics leverages live human cells as biosensors, capturing thousands of time-resolved features and translating them with proprietary computer vision and AI into structured signatures that reveal novel druggable biology. Its fully automated, high-throughput platform can screen hundreds of thousands of compounds per week, accelerating hit identification, mechanistic insight, and molecule design. The company’s lead oncology program targets acute myeloid leukemia and is slated for an IND filing in 2026, while a second solid-tumor asset is entering IND-enabling studies. Beyond oncology, Soley is advancing stress-reducing drug candidates for neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic diseases.
