CIPACA provides drop-in ICU services in rural hospitals, partnering with taluk- and district-level facilities to run emergency and ICU care. The company has established ICUs in over 10 states and partnered with more than 20 hospitals, treating 100–150 patients per month at each unit while charging roughly one-fourth the cost of major-city hospitals. CIPACA says its model has saved more than 100,000 lives nationwide and delivers per-patient savings of Rs 3–5 lakh for ICU care. The company is rolling out additional ICUs across Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, and Maharashtra and recently announced a new 24x7 ICU project with Rifa Medical Centre in Ambur, Tamil Nadu. That Ambur ICU will operate in a 35-bed hospital and is scheduled to begin on January 7, 2024; it will be CIPACA’s 12th ICU project in Tamil Nadu.
