It enables AI-powered automation so users can capture expert knowledge, eliminate repetitive tasks and access technologies remotely across multiple sites. The company plans to use the Series A proceeds to further develop the platform and expand commercial partnerships across verticals including additive manufacturing, robotic welding and CNC machining. Oqton announced a Series A of over $40M in January 2020. The company is based in Ghent, Belgium and San Francisco and also maintains offices in the US, China and Denmark.
