OverT Bio is a New York–based biotechnology company developing cellular therapies for solid tumors. The company employs massively parallel genetic screening, single-cell multiomic, and synthetic biology approaches to identify genomic modifications and novel receptors across the human genome. Its core platforms, OverTarget™ and OverTCR™, are designed to find safe, broadly applicable targets and to program immune cells with durable anti-tumor properties. OverT emphasizes patient-derived immune responses to discover receptors and targets that can be applied across the population. The company aims to advance preclinical assets toward curative, next-generation cellular therapies for advanced solid tumors.
