  • Alpine

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2022

Alpine builds a cross-chain asset-management protocol (Alpine One) and a consumer dApp that automates savings and enables diversified crypto investing with near-zero fees. The protocol aims to merge the speed and low cost of chains like Polygon and Solana with the liquidity of Layer‑1s such as Ethereum. The dApp will let users connect bank accounts or crypto wallets to purchase diversified baskets that generate yield and provide broad asset exposure. Alpine positions its product as a DeFi-native analogue to ETFs, targeting retail investors and the next 100 million customers. The team includes founders and operators with backgrounds at Goldman Sachs, DE Shaw, Google, and Salesforce, led by CEO Tarik Moon. The company announced an oversubscribed $1.8M pre-seed raise to accelerate development and launch its public testnet.
