Founded in 2022 by Himank Jain, Atharva Padhye and Prabhat Singh, Crux develops an AI platform that lets software-as-a-service providers embed intelligent co-pilots within their applications. The system blends large language models with deterministic decision frameworks so the co-pilot can understand each client’s business context, KPIs and macro-trends. By doing so, Crux aims to deliver enterprise-grade, context-aware assistance that improves customer experience and internal support efficiency.
