The company completed a $25 million financing transaction that included senior unsecured convertible notes and issued 8,750,000 options tied to those notes. Each option allows the noteholders to purchase one share of Reva’s common stock. Proceeds from the financing will be used to fund ongoing operating, clinical, and capital needs, including the clinical program for Fantom. Investors named in the transaction include Goldman Sachs International and Senrigan Master Fund.
